I don’t know about you, but sometimes I just want an easy manifestation method. After a busy day, the last thing I feel like doing is meditating for hours. Well, the Pillow Method Manifestation is the solution you are looking for!
You can take advantage of your relaxed mental state when you are sleeping to help boost your manifestations and overcome any conscious resistance! You don’t even need anything but pen and paper either.
When you are asleep your mind believes anything is possible! This is a great manifestation method if you struggle with resistance to the law of attraction. And honestly, who doesn’t sometimes?
The Pillow Method Manifestation is really one of the easiest ways to manifest abundance! You can also make it more complicated and create a bedtime ritual with manifesting essential oils, crystals, and shadow work on your abundance blocks, if you like, which we will get into later on. However, at it’s core it’s extremely easy to do. Anybody can do it, no matter where you may be in your manifestation journey. It’s one of my go to manifestation methods when I’m busy or tired.

How to Do The Pillow Method Manifestation
The basics of the pillow method manifestation is very easy. Every night (for at least 8 days) before bed, you simply write down what you want to manifest and put it under your pillow. That’s it! You can do just this and be completely ok!
The Pillow Method Manifestation is really just another way to use affirmations and create a manifesting ritual. How simple or complicated you make it is up to you. The bottom line though is it simply works!
How to Speed Up Your Manifestations with Affirmations, Essential Oils, Crystals, etc.
Now if you want to make this method even more effective and work even faster there are a lot of things you can do to speed it up!
One important factor is the affirmation you write down. You want to make sure it’s the best one, right?
As with all affirmation practices, I highly recommend you read my beginners guide to affirmations. You won’t face the same resistance while you sleep as you would stating affirmations while awake. Yet, you may want to understand why you struggle with affirmations in the first place before you skip to the pillow method. To summarize though basically your conscious mind will fight you on positive affirmations if you have not tried to get rid of your resistance to it. Another key factor when you write any affirmations is to phrase it in a specific way:
Positive, in the present tense, and add gratitude!
I am so thankful I’ve attracted my dream job. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Other Ways to Enhance Your Pillow Method Manifestations
Basically, anything you can do to increase your mindset when you want to manifest can help. That’s why manifestations rituals are so nice. They help your mind recognize that it is a time to manifest! It also gets you in a positive mood.
Things like picking the right essential oils, and manifesting crystals can really add to your nightly ritual. Now, if you are exhausted and want to keep it simple you can skip this. If you have a few extra moments though it can really add to the ambiance!
You can add the essential oils to your pillow, spray your room, or add it to the paper. The manifestation crystals can go under your pillow, or on your nightstand. Some people also enjoy holding the crystals in their hands or up to their heart after they write down their manifestations and visualize for a few moments.
If you really want to treat yourself, try a water manifestation by taking a nice, hot manifestation shower or bath. Water is an excellent tool for manifestation and getting you in the right mindset!
What is Manifestation
Manifestation is simply making your thoughts a reality in the physical world. It’s something we are doing every day, whether we are aware of it or not! So, why not make your thoughts positive? The law of attraction and manifestation is really just the rule of the universe that you attract what you are.
Writing down what you want before bed and putting it under your pillow symbolically trains your subconscious to think about what you want.
Why This Method Works
The pillow method manifestation is so powerful because it helps you let go of your attachment to the outcome. One of the biggest struggles with manifesting is dwelling on the way things will happen. With the pillow method manifestation you simply state what you want, and let it go.
If you haven’t manifested what you want after 8 days, you can simply rip up, throw away, or even burn your papers. This symbolic act helps your mind to let go of your desire.
Even if you don’t manifest immediately, you will likely start to see little signs everywhere that your manifestation is close! You may even like to try a burning ritual. I have an example of how to do a burning ritual right here.
You may have dreams about what you desire, or start seeing angel numbers like 1111 or 333. The best thing though is to just forget about your desire, and move on! You will be surprised though that the more you practice non-attachment to the outcome of how your desire manifests, the faster it will occur!
It also helps get over any blocks you might have towards manifesting. Blocks are simply the subconscious belief that you don’t deserve what you want or that it’s not possible. Even if you consciously think you don’t have any blocks, there may be some subconscious ones that linger. When you sleep, anything is possible though! If you can fly in your dream, how much of a stretch is it to imagine you have a million dollars?
Other Methods to Try
If you enjoyed the Pillow Method Manifestation, you may want to try other easy manifestation methods. The 55 x5 and 33 x 3 Methods are very similar scripting and journaling methods you can try right away.
For these manifestation methods all you do is this:
WRITE YOUR PHRASE 55 TIMES FOR 5 DAYS STRAIGHT. DON’T WORRY ABOUT HOW IT WILL HAPPEN, OR IF IT’S POSSIBLE. JUST FOCUS ON ENJOYING YOUR MANIFESTATION AS IF IT’S ALREADY HERE.
33×3 – WRITE THE PHRASE 33 TIMES FOR 3 DAYS STRAIGHT.
Now, you don’t have to do these methods at night, however, you can if you want to speed it up or you are having some abundance blocks of course!
Finally, if you are in a really big hurry or just lack in energy, one of my favorite manifestation methods is the 5 x 5 x 5 fast mood booster.
Here’s how to do this one:
All you need to do is write, say or think of 5 of your top desires, 5 things you are most grateful for, and 5 top things you love to do. You can of course write more or less than 5 items, but 5 is a good place to start.
The beauty of this one is you can just say or think this one- no need to write it down!
