I get it. As a busy mom, I struggled for years to really commit to meditation and manifestation!

However, once I started consistently using the right manifestation meditation with my manifestation practice, things really started to take off! It was a definite game change in manifesting the life I wanted.

I’m going to help you avoid the common problems, and help you really understand everything you need to know about what meditation and manifestation are, the benefits, and the easiest ways to  be successful at it.

Meditation and manifestation with the law attraction is all based on one thing; your vibrations. What do I mean by that? It’s basically just the energy you put out into the world. Everything is putting out energy, and we interact with each others energy fields.

Whether you are aware of it or not, you are constantly putting out energy- with your thoughts, your words, and emotions.

You are also being influenced by the energy others are putting out there, so it’s important to protect your energy field as well

The only real question is what kind of energy are you putting out there? Is it more often positive and aligned with what you want? Or is it negative and low vibration?

I’m sure you’ve noticed that when you are stressed, sad, or angry your vibration will be low and attract more of the same.

When you are happy, confident and feeling grateful you will more good things and experiences.

If you want to manifest, you need to raise your vibrations

manifestation meditation

There are many ways you can do this, such as affirmations, visualization, rituals, crystals, journaling, vision boards, using water, etc.

All of these manifestation techniques (which you can find on this blog) are just ways to raise your vibrations and help you put out more positive energy.

They help you get into a positive state of flow, that in turns also helps you set your intentions.

Changing your mindset from scarcity to an abundance mindset allows you to use your energy in your favor.

Meditation and Manifestation are just one of many tools to help you manifest your desires.

It’s also one of the best!

We need to take time out of our busy lives to listen to our hearts and our higher selves.

How often do we really do that? It’s so easy to miss the signs and synchronicities that happen from us using manifesting techniques.

The baby needs it’s diaper changed, their are bills to pay, etc. By the time you finally get to sleep, your last thoughts should be positive, but instead you are all wired up and worried from being constantly on the go!

Or maybe you start your day in a rush, and it all goes downhill from there.

If you really want to see your manifestations take off, you need to find a few moments to slow down and really meditate.

Taking a few extra minutes will provide you so many benefits!

Meditation and manifestation do not have to takes hours to do. You can spend as little as a few minutes if you want. You will be thankful you did!

Meditation and manifestation will not only help you with your manifestations, but it helps you emotionally and physically as well.

When you feel better, you attract better things!

Meditation and manifestation doesn’t just empty your mind- it helps you to control it and focus on what you want!

Your thoughts are like waves in a turbulent storm, and meditation and manifestation helps you calm and control them.

At first, it may feel strange but the more you meditate the easier it becomes.

You will start to notice you are less anxious and depressed, and able to really focus better. It allows you to slow down and enjoy your life.

What Exactly is Meditation and Manifestation?

Before you start using meditation and manifestation, it helps to know what it is.

According to Wikipedia, meditation is;

“Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

Popular things to focus on are mantra’s, an image, or your breath. You can also do a combination of things as well. Many find focusing on their breath to be the most effective when you are a beginner. This is because meditation is all about relaxing- and slowing down your breath can help you physically do that the fastest.”

However, you want to do what works best for you and is the most enjoyable.

It’s important to not be too hard on yourself at first. If you have unwanted thoughts or need to scratch an it, it’s completely ok! Just observe your thoughts without any type of judgement, and move if you need to. Just jump right back in to the meditation and manifestation and don’t beat yourself up or you will get discouraged and quit.

Over time these distractions will be less common, but for some they never completely go away and that’s ok! You will still get the benefits of meditation and manifestation just by trying it! You are not getting graded on how well you do!

What Are the Benefits of Meditation and Manifestation Combined?

Knowing all of the many benefits for doing meditation and manifestation together can help keep you motivated and less likely to quit.

Just a few of the health benefits of meditation and manifestation:

*Decreases stress and your cortisol levels

*Reduces depression and anxiety, helping you to have a more positive mindset

*Helps you manage pain

*Increases your immune system and fight inflammation

*Stimulates your creativity

*Increase cognition

*Reduce food cravings

*Can help fight premature aging

These are just a few of the proven benefits of meditation and manifestation for your health.

It also greatly benefits your manifestations and is one of the best manifestation techniques around. Meditation really helps you stay focused on what you want to manifest. One of the biggest reasons people don’t manifest what they want is they give up if it’s not instant.

Changing your mindset can take time depending on where you are at- and meditation can help greatly with that!

Some of the many meditation and manifestation benefits for you:

*Helps Your Visualization Practice

While many people aren’t as bad at visualization as they think (and read my tips here if you think you are). Meditation helps you get better at focusing and making your images clearer when you visualize.

It can help you relax and let go of any judgement’s you have on your visualizations. When you meditate you learn to just accept things as they are and be a neutral observer. This is very important for successful visualizations, and manifesting. When you are trying to manifest, you must detach from the outcomes.

It also helps you from getting distracted, which can make your visualizations stronger over time. When you can discipline yourself to meditate daily, you will also be able to be more dedicated in other areas of your life as well. In fact, it’s great to meditate right before you do your manifestation.

Meditation and manifestation will get you in the perfect, relaxed state to make your visualizations that much more powerful.

*Identify and Clear Any Blocks to Abundance

Meditation is great for discovering your blocks, or resistance to manifestation. Blocks are basically just anything subconscious belief or thoughts you have that go against what you want to achieve. If you haven’t found out what those are and cleared them, you will find it very difficult to manifest as you will always be going against your core beliefs.

When you meditate, you often become very aware of mindsets that are holding you back because you are slowing down enough to really listen to yourself. You can then tailor your meditations to help you retrain your blocks to something more positive.

*Strengthens Your Affirmation Practice

Affirmations work hand in hand with meditation and manifestation. If you struggle with affirmations, you can use meditation and manifestation to strengthen your belief and make them more powerful. Affirmations help you change your old beliefs, and meditation helps you focus only on them and not limiting thoughts.

*Raises Your Vibrations

As we discussed at the beginning, manifestation requires you to be at a higher vibration. Meditation and manifestation is just one of many manifesting tools that can assist you in doing this, but it’s also one of the most powerful!

It helps you be calmer, less stressed, and less anxious When you feel better, you attract better! Meditation and manifestation also helps you focus on the now and eliminate distracts, so its easier to notice all the things you can be grateful for. And gratitude is an amazing manifestation booster! Meditation allows you to shut off that inner critic and stop sending out vibrations. When you are in this flow state, you are simply receiving energy. You can receive inspired guidance and motivation.

*Strengthens Your Ability to Take Inspired Action and Increases Your Intuition

Many people think the law of attraction and manifestation means just sitting around receiving what you want. Sometimes it works out that way, but usually you need to take inspired action! Inspired action is simply something you feel a deep desire to do.

It’s not just an action you do mindlessly- it’s something you have a lot of intent behind. When you meditate you will are in that receiving state and get a lot of great ideas. It’s easier to act on these ideas that you receive in this flow state.

In addition, you will also start getting these nudges of guidance when you are not meditating more and more! As you start to slow down and pay attention, you will start to receive the signs you need and have the intuition to know if you should act on them!

How To Get Into a Manifestation Meditation Mindset

Now you know what meditation is, and you’re excited about its many health benefits and ability to supercharge your manifestation.

So, what’s next?

If you want to be successful at meditation, you could just sit down and start focusing on your breath or an affirmation. You will likely quit though if you don’t learn to get into the right manifesting mindset.

There are a few ways you can do this:

manifestation ritual space

First, make sure you are in a comfortable and relaxing environment free of distractions. If you don’t have a ritual space, you can learn about how to do so here: rituals. Meditation can be a great addition to your ritual practice.Candles, soft music, etc. Whatever helps you get into a relaxed state.

Next, relax your body and pick what you want to focus on ahead of time. Make sure your body is fully relaxed as well before you start meditating.

When you choose what you want to focus on, keep in mind there is no right or wrong!

Some people like to do a countdown, and focus on deep breathing. Other people like to also tense and release the major muscle groups. You can do a combination of those as well.

Most beginners like to focus on their breath as slowly your breathing is very helpful in relaxing. You can also focus on a visual scene you want to attract, or a mantra or affirmation that you choose before you start.

Pick what works for you, and don’t be afraid to switch it up if it doesn’t feel right after a few tries. Any time your thoughts vary from your focus, just observe and go back to what you were focusing on.

Tips for Making Manifesting Easier for You

While it’s not necessary, it can be nice to have a yoga mat or meditation pillow to make it more comfortable.

You can also use a recorded, guided meditation (especially if you are using your meditation to visualize).

It’s ok if you need to move or itch. It’s better to be comfortable than to allow little things like that to continue to distract you. Just observe and move on.

Start off small. No need to meditate for an hour at a time! You can start with 5 minutes and increase time as you go. As you meditate more, you will start to enjoy it and naturally add more time. But it’s not the amount of time that matters, it’s the quality of time!

Add gratitude and journaling to your meditation practice. Take a few moments to journal about what you learned afterwards. It can extremely helpful to go back and read what it was like when you first started if you get discouraged or think its not making a difference!

Spending a few moments being grateful afterwards with a gratitude practice like my gratitude bomb technique will help as well! It prolongs that relaxed and high vibe state you will be in. These easy, fast added steps will only magnify your meditation benefits.

Pick a time to meditate and stick with it. It’s easier to meditate if it become a habit. Just like you probably brush your teeth or eat lunch at the same time each day, meditation is no different. It doesn’t matter when you do it, but that you stick with it consistently!

That’s it!

However, to get the best benefits you will want to follow these best practices:

Be fully relaxed before you start (by deep breathing, or guided meditations).

What If You Find Meditation Difficult?

That’s completely normal, and you shouldn’t let it discourage you!

A lot of people struggle at first with meditation, but you will be so happy if you stick with it!

Just remember your reason for meditating (what are you trying to manifest) and all of the benefits it provides if you get discouraged.

Let go of your idea of how meditation should feel or what should happen.

Don’t expect anything and just enjoy the experience!

Make sure you are committing to a time each day, and you are meditating somewhere with no distractions.

Start off slowly at first if you struggle, and take a break once in awhile if it really is difficult for you.

It’s also very important you get relaxed first by deep breathing, and relaxing your muscles.

Don’t try to just jump right into meditation without first getting relaxed!

In Conclusion…

If you do all of these things, I can guarantee you will see the benefits
