To keep you in an abundance mindset and not a scarcity mindset of it’s too much, or I don’t have time, etc you will likely need to take baby steps at first.
And that’s completely ok!
If it stresses you out, don’t do it! Try something else! Now everyone is different, so if you catch on quickly, feel free to do more of course! However, as a busy mama myself, I know how many responsibilities we have and making manifesting just another chore will not serve you in learning how to manifest abundance in your life.
So, let’s get started with my favorite tips!
Tip 1- Connect to Source Energy of Abundance
If you only have the time or the energy for one thing, this is the most important tip for how to manifest abundance in your life. There are a lot of techniques you can use to feel abundant and manifest easier. However, I love this visualization because it’s quick, extremely helpful, and you can practice it at any time in your day.
When you do this visualization you will instantly feel abundant, powerful and more positive. The power of visualization and your mind is so important and often overlooked.
Athletes and celebrities practice visualization regularly. They daily imagine the outcomes they want. This is why gratitude journals and vision boards are so popular for the law of attraction, but they require you to purchase them or create them. You already have a free and accessible tool right now- your mind! It doesn’t matter if feel you are not good at visualization because what matters is the emotion behind it.
I’m assuming you have emotions or you probably wouldn’t care about changing your mindset? Of course some people may have difficulty with feelings, but at the end of the day emotions are a part of being a human and we all know them very well.
You can do this any time of the day when you are focusing on scarcity, but I’ve found right before bed is usually the most powerful time.
How to Connect:
Just imagine a bright sphere of light or energy in the sky that is the source of universal abundance. You can feel its warmth as well. Picture this warm, loving light coming in through your head, and down your whole body. Ground yourself into the earth by imagining it going deep into the core of the planet, and radiating all of that positive, abundant energy out as far as you can imagine. You are connected now to the universal abundant energy, and it flows through you and radiates out.
Now once you are done radiating this light into your whole body, you can start to add the things you want into the energy sphere. Picture whatever it is you desire- money, loving relationships, weight loss, etc. When you are done, thank it for having already arrived, and send it out into the universe. Imagine it floating it away as you thank and bless your desires.
This will quickly change how you are feeling and you will see positive benefits as time goes on. It’s best to tap into this feeling right before bed when you are visualizing the things you want, but you can visualize your connection to abundance any time! You will be amazed at how much abundance this will attract into your life, especially if you struggle with being negative. No matter what your mindset is like now, anyone can learn how to manifest abundance in your life!
Tip 2- Gratitude Bombing
Again, keep this simple. There are all kinds of ways you can add more gratitude into your life. People find writing things down to be very powerful, but don’t if it feels like a chore. The easiest way to add more gratitude into your life is to just start listing off things in your head or out loud that you are grateful for. Quickly just say one after the other for as long as you can.
It can be anything and nothing is too small. No matter how awful your situation is, there are ALWAYS things to be grateful for. If you can say this out loud it is even better, but you don’t have to. The best time to do this is also when you feel you are starting to think negatively, but the great thing about it is you can do it anytime and anywhere.
Tip 3- Love Bomb
Another reason we do not manifest or attract what we want into life is because we do not believe we are worthy to receive it. When you love bomb you list off as many things as you can think of that you like about yourself. If you struggle with this at first, you can ask a friend or family member to give you some ideas that you can draw on.
Do this often, but especially when you start to feel like you can’t get what you want or you are focusing on lack. You do not need to say this out loud either, but if you can it’s really helpful as well. You can also write this down or not. The choice is yours. Whatever makes it the easiest and most fun for you is how you want to do it.
If getting a special or pretty journal helps then do it, but don’t feel you have to! It’s more important that it’s fun and you feel good when you do either the gratitude or the love bombing. The more you do these, the better it gets. That’s because it starts to become a part of your daily behavior which changes your overall mindset.
Tip 4: Do Things You Enjoy
This also doesn’t have to be anything crazy, but just little things throughout your day. If you are starting to get into a lower vibration, listen to music or get a cup of coffee. Do not feel guilty doing things you love! Women in general tend to struggle with this, and especially as mamas! I know that sometimes I want to take a bath after work, but feel guilty as it may take time from my family. You know what though?
If I don’t get to relax, then I end up being resentful and that is far worse! Do you think your family wants you to hang out with them if you are in a bad mood? You don’t have to take a 2 hour bath, but what is a half hour? They will survive if it means you will be more happy and present when you are with them.
If hanging out with someone, even a family member, brings you down- it’s ok to say no! Protect your energy at all costs. You do not want to be around people who bring your vibration down. If you can’t escape them, you can silently love bomb them or start gratitude bombing all the other great things you have during your time with them.
This applies to changing your mindset as well as well as learning how to manifest abundance in your life. Take what feels good to you, and leave out the rest. If a certain law of attraction book or affirmation doesn’t resonate with you, by all means, don’t make yourself miserable with it! There are so many options out there, and there is no one way over the other that will make you more successful.
Tip 5- Take Baby Steps Every Day
Another way to learn how to manifest abundance in your life is to start small. Do something small that helps you move towards your goal, but do it every day. The key is just to be consistent as that is how you change your habits and your mindset. You have probably heard the motivational quote that says to just be 1% better every day. The same applies to changing your mindset. Don’t try to change your entire lifelong habits overnight- just focus on what you can. Be sure to be thankful for and focus on what you did right each day that is helping you move towards your goals.
You of course don’t need to completely ignore everything you did wrong, as self reflection can help you to learn and grow. It’s just that you want to spend more time focusing on what you did right. Just acknowledge what you did wrong, and move on to what you did right.
Learning to how to manifest abundance in your life is not that serious! It should be a fun process at all times so you can stay at a high vibration. This is how lasting change is made! Stop making excuses for why you can’t get what you want. For every excuse you have, I bet I can get give you an example of someone who was still successful.
