Let It Go Lyrics-Frozen
The snow glows white on the mountain tonight
Not a footprint to be seen
A kingdom of isolation
And it looks like I’m the queen
The wind is howling like this swirling storm inside
Couldn’t keep it in, heaven knows I’ve tried
Don’t let them in, don’t let them see
Be the good girl you always have to be
Conceal, don’t feel, don’t let them know
Well, now they know
Let it go, let it go
Can’t hold it back anymore
Let it go, let it go
Turn away and slam the door
I don’t care what they’re going to say
Let the storm rage on
The cold never bothered me anyway
It’s funny how some distance makes everything seem small
And the fears that once controlled me can’t get to me at all
It’s time to see what I can do
To test the limits and break through
No right, no wrong, no rules for me
I’m free
Let it go, let it go
I am one with the wind and sky
Let it go, let it go
You’ll never see me cry
Here I stand and here I stay
Let the storm rage on
My power flurries through the air into the ground
My soul is spiraling in frozen fractals all around
And one thought crystallizes like an icy blast
I’m never going back, the past is in the past
Let it go, let it go
When I’ll rise like the break of dawn
Let it go, let it go
That perfect girl is gone
Here I stand in the light of day
Let the storm rage on
The cold never bothered me anyway
Release Your Self-Love Blocks with Burning Rituals
If you have a little girl, you probably know the movie Frozen very well. Even if you don’t, there is a reason it’s such a popular movie! Who can’t relate to Elsa when she things about wanting to let go of all of her hurt, and pain?
One of the keys to self-love is letting go of the past, and to stop worrying about living up to other’s expectations.
Be like Elsa, and let it go! A burning ritual is a great way to release negative emotions that are blocking you from self-love!
Burning ceremonies have been around since ancient times, and have helped people visualize past hurts melting away for years.
You can make it is as complicated, or as simple as you want. There are no real right or wrongs with this, other than to be safe!
Some people like to do this daily, and others only on special occasions, like New Years Eve. It really doesn’t matter when you do it though.
Burning Ritual Accessories-Sage and Palo Santo
Most people know about sage for cleansing negative energy, but I love Palo Santo as well! It’s especially great if you are doing the burning ritual indoors with a fireplace, or fire safe bowl. It just smells like a woodsy forest or bonfire to me, and puts me in such a great mood! Palo Santo cleanses away negative energy, and brings in new energy. You can also use it any time you need to clear out negative energy.
How To Do a Burning Ritual

Please keep in mind that you want to do this in a safe way- do this with a bonfire, fireplace or fire safe bowl. Do not burn important legal documents, or pictures you may miss later. It’s usually good to do this when you are calm, but you can also do this when you are angry and need to calm down as long as you do so safely.
You can perform your burning ritual alone, or with friends as long as you stay honest and sincere with what you write.
All you need to do now is write down whatever is bothering you, or about who hurt you. Once you are done, simply burn it and release it!
You will likely be amazed at how much lighter you feel, but you can keep doing it every day until you fully release the pain if needed.
If You Do Not Have a Safe Place For Your Burning Ritual

All is not lost! Water is also extremely powerful. I used to do this when I could not burn anything in an apartment, even with a safe bowl as it was just seemed to risky to me.
Simply write your frustrations, pain and hurt in ink, and put it in a bowl of water instead of an actual burning ritual. It is so satisfying to watch the ink smudge the words and wash them away! You can also tear the paper up after it is wet, and throw it away!
You could also write it down on your laptop and erase each word, one by one, or imagine the flame from a candle burning the paper.
The key to a burning ritual is to get your feelings out and watch it go away. How you do that is up to you!
That’s all there is too it!
